Reservations

Cabins and Campsites are rented on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, reservations are encouraged. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit may be in the form of cash, credit card or check. Campsite reservations have a maximum of 6 people from the same household. Maximum occupancy in cabins varies depending on the size cabin rented. Additional people and/or guests must pay either a $3 day fee or $8 overnight fee to join you on your campsite or in your cabin.

Check In is 2:00 PM for campsites and 3:00 PM or later for cabins. Cost of early check in or late check- out is ½ the daily rate.

Check Out is 2:00 PM for campsites and cabins.

All reservations must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival and three weeks prior to holiday arrival. There will be a $10 charge to change a reservation from one site to another.

Campsites

Sites are limited to one RV unit and one tent or one large tent and one small one. Maximum number of people per campsite is eight.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for inclement weather or early departure or ejection by management. With the exception of Holiday weekends, cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Fees paid in excess of the nonrefundable portion will be refunded. Failure to cancel 14 days before arrival will forfeit all fees paid. Holiday weekends must be cancelled 21 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive the refundable portion of fees paid.

Swimming is at your own risk, no lifeguards are on duty.

Emergency Information

In an Emergency notify a Natural Springs Resort employee, Dial 911 or Eaton Police 937-456-6262. First Aid Kits are available at the Store/Grill, connection or with a Resort staff member.

Bicycling

Bike riders must wear protective equipment. Bikes must yield to pedestrians and vehicles. No riding after dark. Skateboarding or Rollerblading on the blacktop areas only. You must wear protective equipment. AT YOUR OWN RISK! Golf carts may be driven by licensed drivers only! No driving after dark, even if you have lights.

Inclement Weather

Chapel Basement will be open for shelter during periods of inclement weather.

Pets

Maximum of 2 pets/site. Must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Please have proof of shots and tags at check-in. No animals are permitted in cabins or any other building.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are located in the middle bathhouse.

Trash

Please dispose of trash including cigarette butts in proper receptacles. Place your trash at the end of your site by 8:00PM for pick up by a Resort staff person or dispose of it in a dumpster. Do not leave trash outside overnight.

Store and Grill

Propane, Ice, Bait, Firewood, Camping supplies, groceries, gifts, toys and hot food-breakfast, lunch, dinner, Blue Bunny Ice cream, snacks and more!

Scuba Diving

Divers must be certified. Sign in is required. Fee is $17.00 and this includes one free air fill. Air fills are available on Saturday and Sunday only. MUST DIVE IN PAIRS. Diving classes are offered to the public and must be scheduled in advance.

Fishing

All fishing is catch and release. This is included in your campsite fee. Fishing is open to the public for a fee of $5/day. A fishing license is not required.

Rental Equipment

Sports equipment may be rented at the store. This includes: miniature golf, shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, basketballs and kayaks. Paddleboats are rented at the scuba shop on Saturdays and Sundays at the store on Monday-Friday.

Holiday Weekends

Lots of fun activities!! There is a minimum of a 3 night rental/campsites or cabin for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
